These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Blom Posbus’s website, social media pages, and services. By using our platforms, you agree to these terms.

• Learning about our products, workshops, and services

3. Floral Disclaimer (Product Disclaimer)

• Fresh flowers are a perishable product.

• They perform best between 2°C and 21°C.

• While we work with seasonality and temperature, Blom Posbus is not responsible for damage or wilting caused by exposure to unsuitable conditions.

• Organic materials naturally vary; therefore, we cannot be held responsible for variations in colour, size, or shape.

• Photos of arrangements serve as guidelines; final products may differ slightly.

4. Intellectual Property

All content created and published by Blom Posbus — including but not limited to:

• Photographs

• Videos

• Graphics

• Text

• Branding

This applies to content posted on:

• YouTube

No individual or organisation may use, copy, alter, or distribute our content without written permission.

5. Purchases, Bookings & Payments

• All payments must be made in full before delivery or payments made with collection.

• Workshop bookings are confirmed with payment via eft or card.

• Quotes are valid for 7 days, 50% deposit payable on acception of quote and the rest on the day of event.

• Cancellations must be made within 3 days of workshop, or within 7 days for special events.

6. Limitation of Liability

Blom Posbus is not liable for:

• Wilting or damage to flowers after collection or delivery

• Loss caused by improper handling by the customer

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on our website.
